Prosper - Update 2007 June
OK, so I got up this Wednesday morning and the first cognate thought I had was “I wonder how much money I made today on Prosper.” The next thought I had was “I almost find it too difficult to even believe that I can finally say that or anything like it.” Ladies and Gentleman, I can now say that the process has arrived.
By the end of last week, we have broken the $20 per month future outlook in interest only. By the end of next week, we will be looking at breaking the $25 per month future outlook and, for the first time, a full loan made completely by payments-rollover. Things are not only looking up, they are getting set to skyrocket. The upwards climb-trend has already started. I have charted it, and I have seen the resulting graphs. They are impressive.
All loans across the board for over a year now are currently 93.94% current, and 96.97% positive returns with one early payoff. I do not know of any other loans establishment that can boast that. HaShem has truly had His hand in this as I had full faith that He did when this process was established on Proverbs 22:7 back in April 2006.
I cannot help but think of the people I could have carried with me in becoming the bank together if they had only started an account with me. Now they are a year behind, but it is still not too late.
